Hello! My name is Dr. PJ Prakash and I am a Nutrition and Wellness Enthusiast. I have a Doctorate in Human Nutrition from the University of Rhode Island (U.S.A.) and a Post-Doctorate in Human Nutritional Biochemistry from the Tufts University, Boston (U.S.A.). I have previously worked as Nutrition Researcher at the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University, Boston (U.S.A.) where I published several research papers in prestigious nutrition journals. Currently, I am a Personal Weight Loss / Wellness Coach and also a freelance writer in the field of human nutrition.
